STEP 1: Team Building begins with our Candidate Search Engine. The Candidate Search Engine empowers leaders to find ideal candidates for any ministry service role. In addition, you can create as many teams as your ministry requires (i.e., Every small group can be a team). Leadership can then assign people to a team as depicted below...
STEP 2: Once team assignments are completed, each team will display the team members, their contact information, and a link to the Team Meeting Room Forum as depicted below...
STEP 3: When the Team Discussion link is selected, the Team Meeting Room Forum launches. The Team Forum allows its team members to discuss topics privately 24/7/365. By checking the subscription checkbox, the forum topic will be tied to the user's email. This allows members to stay in constant connection with one another by sending new posts to each member's in-box, complete with a quick login link that allows members to participate in the discussion.
The Team Meeting Room may be fully moderated by a Team Administrator, who is able to edit or delete discussion threads as needed.
