The Event Manager enables your ministry to manage and communicate the following events
- Ministry-wide Events
- Department Specific Events
- Staff & Individual Event Schedules
Ministry and department calendars can display on the appropriate pages of your ministry's website. Simply click on a selected date, and the Event pop-up window will display showing associated events. Your ministry administrator can assign specific individuals the right to be "Calendar Administrators". Calendar Administrators have full access to ministry-wide event management. Registered users who are assigned to various ministry departments as team members, whether staff or lay person, will have access to the department calendars to which they belong. Staff and individual members can manage their personal schedules from their Personal Page.
