The Leadership Style categories include: Pioneer, Strategic Planner, Administrator/Manager, Team Leader, Pastoral Care Provider, and Encourager/Counselor.

Your ministry membership takes each assessment online when it is most convenient for them. Your leadership receives all candidate report information without every entering or managing data! The data is automatically retained within the master database and available to ministry leadership within the Candidate Search Engine. The Candidate Search Engine empowers ministry leadership to create their ideal ministry profile for any service position, select "Search", and all relevant candidates will display. All candidate data results may be viewed, printed, or exported in CSV file format for importation into Microsoft Office, or your church management software program.
