The E-Church Network is all about your spiritual and personal development. The E-Church Network consists of a growing number of professional ministries who are committed to encouraging and supporting your spiritual exploration and growth. Individuals may register within the E-Church Network for FREE, and assign to themselves a Mentor Ministry of their choosing. Your online Mentor Ministry will support you with assessments, training, and various spiritual formation tools.

You can be assured that your Mentor Ministry will protect your privacy and seek your personal welfare. Every Mentor Ministry must adhere to a privacy agreement and doctrinal code.

Privacy Statement

E-Church Essentials, LLC is committed to the security of your personal information. As a company, we will not re-distribute your personal information to any unauthorized third-party. However, the Essential Solution program by E-Church Essentials, LLC is designed to facilitate a mentorship relationship between individuals and various ministries who have registered with E-Church Essentials as "Mentor Ministries". By registering yourself with the Essential Solution program, you will assign yourself to a "Mentor Ministry". In so doing, you are giving your permission to allow the leadership of that professional ministry to have access to your personal information for the purpose of mentoring you personally, spiritually and ministerially. All ministries registered with the Essential Solution by E-Church Essentials, LLC have agreed to protect your privacy, and to not distribute your personal information outside of the confines of their ministry, unless you demonstrate a danger to yourself or to others. If you believe that your Mentor Ministry has abused their privilege to serve you in any manner, you should address your concerns with the leadership of the ministry in question. E-Church Essentials, LLC and its representatives are not responsible for the content or ministry practices of the Mentor Ministries registered on the E-Church Network. E-Church Essentials will facilitate an account transfer to another Mentor Ministry if so requested in writing, and will investigate alleged concerns presented in writing and signed by the person asserting the concerns. If sufficient complaints or legal evidence against a Mentor Ministry exist, demonstrating that the Mentor Ministry has voided their good-faith agreement with E-Church Essentials, we will take the appropriate and necessary steps to remove the Mentor Ministry from the Essential Solution program.

Personal Responsibility

Individual participants must also understand that by registering with the Essential Solution by E-Church Essentials, they freely associate themselves with a registered Mentor Ministry and that their network membership is a privilege and not a contractual right. Individual participants should understand that they may lose their right to participate in the Essential Solution network if they regularly use vulgar language, promote sexually explicit and/or immoral acts and that such actions shall be judged by the clear standards of the Bible, not by societal norms. Individual participants should further understand that they may also lose their membership privileges if they threaten harm or harass any other member of the Essential Solution network. They further agree that if documented evidence of such behavior exists, and that if they should lose their Essential Solution membership, they forfeit any right to financial reimbursement and agree to not hold E-Church Essentials, LLC nor its representatives legally or civilly liable.

Responsibility for Content

Each Mentor Ministry is exclusively responsible for the content within their website(s) and e-learning programs. All Mentor Ministries have verified with E-Church Essentials, LLC that they support a basic doctrinal statement which affirms the classical Christian doctrinal positions. Any Mentor Ministry which espouses teachings that are contrary to these classic Christian doctrinal positions (See Mentor Ministry section) may void their privilege to be a Mentor Ministry on the Essential Solution network. Individual members affirm that they will not hold E-Church Essentials, LLC, or its representatives, legally or civilly liable for the content communicated by its registered ministries.
