David excels at systems design and development, whether the system involves spiritual formation structures within a ministry setting, or software. David supports E-Church Essentials as the founder, chief systems designer, and business manager. David is also the author of Made for a Mission, CLC Publications 2008, and writes leadership articles for REV! and Ministry Today magazines.

Tamara has served as an instructor in high school, university and corporate environments. She has also served Johnson Controls Inc. and Haworth Inc. as a curriculum developer and technical writer.
